15 ml KL Vegetarian Mushroom Oyster Sauce;
10g black pepper powder;
10g fresh cream.
2 lamb ribs.
Step 1: Brush the vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce on the surface of lamb ribs. Marinate them for at least 15 minutes. Pre-heat the oven at the temperature of 180 °C.
Step 2: Put the lamb ribs in the oven and roast them for 30 minutes at the temperature of 180 °C.
Step 3: Stir-fry the black pepper powder with vegetarian mushroom oyster sauce and fresh cream without adding oil. After the sauce is done, use it to pour on the ribs.
