Cooking Sauce:

2 tablespoon KL Soy Sauce;

1 tablespoon EF Sesame Oil;

½ teaspoon salt;

2 cup water.


Fresh Ingredients:

3 roll LK Bean Vermicelli;

225g minced pork;

2 tablespoon ground garlic;

2 tablespoon ground spring onion.




Step 1: Heat the oil and fry the bean vermicelli until golden. Put the bean vermicelli aside for later use.

Step 2: Heat another wok, use the frying oil to stir-fry ground garlic and spring onion, and add minced pork. Stir-fry the pork until cooked.

Step 3: Add some soy sauce, salt, and water to the pork. Put the fried bean vermicelli and steam it when the sauce in the wok is boiling.

Step 4: After the sauce becomes a bit thick, add some sesame oil, sprinkle some spring onion, and serve.
