Skinned Chilli Chicken Soup

Cooking Sauce:

1/3 jar EF Skinned Chilli;

2 cup TL Shaoxing Rice Wine;

Some salt.


Fresh Ingredients:

5 chicken legs;

4 ginger slices.


Step 1:  Cut chicken legs into small parts and put them in the pan. 

Step 2:  Put 1/3 jar of skinned chilli, some salt, and ginger slices in the pan.

Step 3:  Add some water until it covers all of the ingredients; cook it until boiling; simmer chicken legs for 30 minutes and serve. (Vegetables can be added according to the personal preference.)
