1 tablespoon HD BBQ Sauce;
1 teaspoon KL Soy Sauce;
1 tablespoon TL Cooking Rice Wine;
1 teaspoon sugar.
500g boneless chicken thighs;
Some spring onion strips;
Some chopped spring onions;
2 star anises;
100g ginger slices;
Some ground chili.
Step 1: Marinate boneless chicken thighs with spring onion strips, star anises, ginger slices, and all the ingredients for sauce for 10 minutes. Keep the marinade for later use.
Step 2: Steam the marinated boneless chicken thighs for 10 minutes.
Step 3: Put chicken thighs in the pre-heated hot oil and fry them. After the surfaces become golden, put chicken thighs on the plate and cut them into strips.
Step 4: Heat the marinade and stir-fry it with chopped spring onions and ground chili; sprinkle it on the cooked chicken thighs.
