1 tablespoon KY Mirin;
½ teaspoon WS Bonito Soy Sauce;
200g brown swordbelt;
Some Chinese wolfberries.
Step 1: Cut celery into thin strips and boil them.
Step 2: Wash scallops and soak Chinese wolfberries in warm water for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Put some oil, scallops, and brown swordbelts in the pan, add all of the sauce ingredients, and stir-fry them with celery and Chinese wolfberries until cooked.
