1 tablespoon HD Curry Sauce;
Some TM Tasty Pepper Salt;
2 teaspoon TL Cooking Rice Wine;
1 teaspoon KL Soy Sauce;
3 tablespoon water.
250g minced beef;
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions;
1 teaspoon ground garlic.
Step 1: Peel and dice the potato; steam it with an electric cooker until soft. (Instruction: pour ½ cup of water in the electric cooker then steam)
Step 2: Add a tablespoon of oil in the pan; stir-fry ground garlic and spring onion stalks with medium heat for a while. Then add minced beef and chilli; stir-fry them until golden with full flame.
Step 3: Put cooking rice wine, soy sauce, and diced potato into the pan; stir-fry them for a few minutes.
Step 4: Add curry sauce, pepper salt, and 3 tablespoons of water; stir-fry them with medium heat.
Step 5: Finally, sprinkle some chopped spring onions and mix them with minced beef.
