Dantsu Noodle with Fresh Shrimp

Cooking Sauce:

2 tablespoon HD Shallot Sauce;

1 HD Chicken Broth Stock Cube;

100ml water.


Fresh Ingredients:

100g SF Dried Noodles;

5 shrimps;

20g bean sprouts;

15g Chinese leeks.



Step 1:  Wash bean sprouts and Chinese leeks, and cut the latter into fractions; put one chicken broth stock cube into boiled water and mix it until dissolved.

Step 2:  Cook dried noodles in boiled water for 1 minute with gentle heat and put them into chicken broth.

Step 3:  Boiled shrimps, bean sprouts, and Chinese leeks. Put them on noodles and add some shallot sauce. Stir them before eating.
