Braised Shawl Crab with Crystal Noodles

Cooking Sauce:

35ml KL Veg Mushroom Oyster Sauce;

50g HD BBQ Sauce;

15ml TL Cooking Rice Wine.


Fresh Ingredients:

1 roll LK Bean Vermicelli;

1 shawl crab;

50g ginger slices;

50g spring onions.




Step 1: Soak the bean vermicelli in water until soft. Simultaneously, heat a casserole with moderate flames. 

Step 2: Remove the shell of shawl crab, cut it into four pieces, and fry them for a minute.

Step 3: Stir-fry the fried shawl crab meat with all seasonings, ginger slices, and spring onions.

Step 4: Put bean vermicelli into the pre-heated casserole; put crab meat and crab shell on it. Simmer them for 2 minutes and serve.
