Cooking Sauce:

2 tablespoon KY Black Vinegar;

1 tablespoon KY Mirin;

1 teaspoon KL Soy Sauce;

1 tablespoon KY Rice Vinegar;

2 tablespoon WS Sweet Chili Bean Sauce;

1 teaspoon Japanese style soy sauce.


Fresh Ingredients:

1 cuttlefish;

20g ground garlic;

20g ground chilli;

20g ground ginger;

20g ground coriander.




Step 1: Peel the outer film of the cuttlefish; carve it into diagonal patterns.

Step 2: Boil the cuttlefish until cooked, and cool it down with cold water. 

Step 3: Mix other sauce with fresh ingredients; sprinkle them on the cuttlefish and serve.
