Cooking Sauce:

2 tablespoon KY Black Vinegar;

1 tablespoon KY Mirin;

1 teaspoon KL Soy Sauce;

1 tablespoon KL Veg Mushroom Oyster Sauce;

½ teaspoon WS Bonito Soy Sauce;

1 tablespoon Japanese Style Soy Sauce.


Fresh Ingredients

2 roll AF Taiwan Tainan Guanmiao Noodles; 

Some chopped spring onions;

1 tablespoon fried shallots.



Step 1: Boil the noodles for 4-5 minutes, put them into cold water, and place them in a bowl.

Step 2: Add all ingredients for sauce; sprinkle chopped spring onions and fried shallots on the cooked noodles; mix them well and serve.
